We want you to love your jewelry. If you are not completely satisfied, we accept returns on unworn, non-customized items within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Initiate Return

  Email our support team with your order number to request a Return Authorization (RA) number.

• 2.
  Secure Packaging

  Place the item in its original packaging, including all certificates and gift boxes, into a secure shipping carton.

• 3.
  Affix Label

  Attach the provided prepaid shipping label to the outside of the package, ensuring the RA number is clearly visible.

• 4.
  Inspection & Refund

  Once received and inspected for quality, your refund will be processed to the original payment method within 7-10 business days.
